Here’s a great and simple recipe that you whip up in the morning or to curb that pre-dinner hunger. Either way it’s a perfect boost to your day.
Fabulous Fruit Smoothie
1-cup plain yogurt
1-cup not-from-concentrate orange juice
1-cup mixed frozen berries
1 sliced banana
2-3 tablespoons of cold milled flax seed
Blend for 1 minute and enjoy! Makes 2-3 servings.
