The 8 Week SLIMDOWN Challenge

The SLIMDOWN program runs for 8 consecutive Wednesday and Friday mornings.
Our goal is to work with you and teach you to be a better, healthier and stronger YOU.

Fee: $300

Includes:

  • 8 Nutritional Sessions and 16 Cardio Workouts
  • Weigh-ins, Body Fat %
  • Journaling
  • Healthy, Tasty recipes
  • Proper Nutrition/Portion control
  • Circuit, Core, Interval and Strength training

Wednesdays – 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM – Includes Nutritional Session plus Cardio

Fridays – 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM – Includes Cardio Session
